How long will it take to receive my RockHounds merchandise?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Can I return or exchange items purchased online?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-printed jerseys are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping for fans outside the U.S.?

Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to reach our global fanbase in the near future.

How do I know what size jersey or hat to order?

We provide a detailed 'Size Guide' link on every product page. Our New Era caps follow standard professional baseball sizing, and our jerseys are designed for a standard athletic fit.
